This is a very important rule, that increases the amount of realism into the game. really, this is just saying, you can't be in two places at once, eg. if you are in the middle of a battle, you can't go to your capital and do a task, you'll have to wait until either that battle is over, or you are defeaten. Of corse, this only effects the RPG, you can post normally in the discussion boards. If we find any sufficient amounts of posts breaking this rule by a certain person, that person can consider themselves warned.
